Since PUBG made its way on to mobile via Tencent Games, PUBG Mobile has managed to amass a whopping 200 million downloads in just eight months since its release on mobile. The game also has 30 million daily active users. These statistics consist of downloads and plays across both iOS and the Google Play Store.

PUBG Mobile

PUBG Mobile is very similar to its PC counterpart, or even the console ones for that matter. There are very minor differences that have been made to scale the game down to mobile. The pro that PUBG Mobile has going for it over the rest is that it’s free.

Of course, there’s a bunch of in-game purchases you can make such as skins, new looks and outfits your character, a premium progression pass and more.

PUBG Mobile’s growth has been pretty fast, especially here in India. It was this August that Tencent announced the game had crossed 100 million downloads, it’s already at 200 million. This September they had 20 million global daily active users, i.e., players who logged in and played at least one match a day in a month. They’re already up to 30 million now. It doesn’t look like it’s slowing down either.
