Limbo Review

July 7, 2015 — by Nishant "Spitfire" Maher0

Limbo is a fascinating enterprise from Playdead that hopes to demonstrate that the marginally unpleasant can be endlessly stimulating. The backstory is basic: a kid looking for his lost sister meanders into LIMBO, a desolate land of darkness. The environment is a colossal component in the game. The stark colouring is inquisitively fascinating, with diverse shades of white and dark mixing in and out to make a delightfully dim 2D environment. The gameplay is simple and one aides the character with virtual joysticks. However, there are times one has think how to get past a hindrance to clear departure — and at different times, one needs to dodge deadly traps that end the run. At the point when one considers how straightforward LIMBO is, one may be amazed at how addictive it is. It meets up well, looks generally great and figures out how to be spooky but without scaring the wits out of you. The premium, one-time value `289, but the developer also provides you with a demo version of this amazing game. So what are you waiting for?
