Hellrider Review

September 1, 2015 — by Anusha "Trillian" Sinha0

When the skeletons escape the underworld, it is up to the Hellrider to send them right back to the hellhole they came from. Hellrider is an endless runner with one touch controls. It also comes with a twist. The path changes from vertical to horizontal and back again often enough to keep you on your toes. This differentiates it from all the other runners available and makes it slightly more challenging. Your mission is to crush the skeletons, avoid the traps and face the bosses (one of them is a rad skeleton with a Mohawk), all the while riding your badass bike.

The game also provides you with the option of watching an ad in order to create a checkpoint which is a better place for ads than having them pop up every time you press play again. Also, the game looks absolutely gorgeous with its slick graphics. The variety of unlockable characters available and the twist make this one a hellishly enjoyable game to play.

She spends her time contemplating the greatness of Miniatur Wunderland and the transient nature of human life, in equal measure.
