After what seemed to be eons, Minecraft developer Mojang and Nintendo have announced that the Nintendo Wii U version of the extremely popular sandbox game will be released on the 17th of December. The game will be shipping with a PEGI 7 rating because “it contains non-realistic looking violence towards fantasy characters. Pictures or sounds likely to be scary to young children. Non-realistic looking violence towards characters which although human are not very detailed.”
The Wii U version includes all the classic content packs we’ve come to expect from playing the PC version, like the Battles and Beasts skin pack and it’s sequel, The Simpsons’ skin pack, and many others. Mojang is also said to be working with Nintendo to include packs exclusive to the Nintendo franchise, which may include Mii character skins or a certain Italian plumber and his brother.

Minecraft Nintendo Wii U

Minecraft for the Wii U’s most significant feature is the ability to play the game using the Wii U Gamepad, letting users have an off-TV experience. While it does allow the player to play without a TV, the player will not be able to manage his/her inventory when playing with the Gamepad, according to a SlashGear report. This is one of the most prominently used features in the game and is sure to affect game play. So if you want to get done with some grunt work while lazing on your couch then whipping out the Wii U will be the prudent option. Mojang’s director of creative communications Owen Hill has also confirmed the same, adding that “It’s just used as an alternate screen if someone is using the TV” via a Tweet.
The game is available on the Wii Digital Store for a price of $29.99, which is roughly INR 2,006/- . This is the sixth platform Minecraft has been launched on since 2011, when it was launched for the PC.

Dishonored 2 Is Officially Released After Reported Leak

June 15, 2015 — by Abhilash "potatoboy" Pavuluri0

Bethesda has announced the sequel to Dishonored, breathing life into the steampunk environment-based game. According to a report by Kotaku, the company did a poor job of keeping the secret when they accidentally broadcasted about Dishonored 2 to Bethesda’s Twitch stream. The game lets you choose between two players – Emily Kaldwin, the main protagonist, and Corvo Attano, her guardian and protagonist of the first Dishonored. The game features stealth-based gameplay, involves a combination of sword fighting and spell-casting, much like in the first game.

The trailer is a fast paced one filled with action and shows Emily running around the kingdom, parkouring amid turmoil in the kingdom, arriving at the home of the villain and fighting clockwork robots with Steampunk-like gadgets. Dishonored 2 has no official release date but is being released on PS4, Xbox One and the PC. Bethesda will also be releasing the Dishonored Definite Edition that contains the first game along with DLCs. The new release will have graphics enhancements for new generation consoles as well.
